The menu has a dozen and a half dishes on an Italian theme: homemade pastas with non-standard toppings, variations on the theme of parmigiana, caesar, vitello tonnato. Osteria Betulla has collected a large collection of wines for all occasions, a sommelier works in the hall. Tables must be booked in advance, but for the general communal table they are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The glass roof of the atrium and the play of sunlight, white tablecloths and napkins with embroidery, lots of flowers, designer tableware – everything justifies the grand bistro genre: it is about French chic and charm, but in an “everyday” format.
