The trademark of the “Sumakh” restaurant is the combination of spices present in every traditional Azerbaijani dish. The interior of the restaurant hall reflects details of national culture, such as Azerbaijani carpets and dishes with traditional patterns, Armudu glasses and clay lampshades.
