Aivazovskiy restaurant

The Aivazovsky restaurant was opened in 2023 on the site of the legendary San Michele by the famous Moscow restaurateur and vice-president of the La Maree holding Svetlana Ermolova. The restaurant was named after the greatest marine painter Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky, who loved the sea, its wild nature and beauty most of all. The theme of Aivazovsky’s work can be seen in the interior of the restaurant and the signature menu from chef Anzur Zalilov, who previously also headed the kitchen at the La Maree holding restaurant.
