Betulla
An Italian osteria from the Birch team near Nekrasovsky Garden. Betulla is the same “birch” as Birch (from Italian and from English, respectively). The kitchen is headed by the permanent chef Arslan Berdiev. His signature is filigree work with products, harmonious combinations, no effects for the sake of effects. The menu has a dozen and a half dishes on an Italian theme: homemade pastas with non-standard toppings, variations on the theme of parmigiana, caesar, vitello tonnato. Osteria Betulla has collected a large collection of wines for all occasions, a sommelier works in the hall. Tables must be booked in advance, but for the general communal table they are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
