Part of Sochi located in the mountains. There are 3 ski resorts there: Gazprom-Laura, Rosa Khutor and Krasnaya Polyana. The Olympic Games were held in 2014.

Two adjacent areas that are the Olympic legacy and the local version of Disneyland.
Mount Akhun
The highest point in central Sochi. A Caucasian-style tower and a Ferris wheel are built on the top. From there, there is a view of the Caucasus Mountains and the Sochi coast. A very picturesque highway leads to the top.
Arboretum Park
A world-famous botanical garden, founded in the late 19th century according to the rules of French and Italian gardening. Plants from all over the world are represented. There is a cable car above the park, which takes you up to the observation deck at the highest point of the park.
